Marketing Plans

We custom design a “master” marketing plan for the entire residential new home development and individual marketing plans for each phase compatible with the master plan.
The plan begins with: engineering lay-out, architectural designs, model home and furnishings. Then comes the appropriate product, pricing and promotional strategies: specifications, standard features, signage, brochures and advertising, all based on prior qualified market research.

Not too many agents enter the real estate industry right out of college as a single mom, without a sphere of influence, previous exposure to an entrepreneurial influence or a trust fund to fall back on while growing a business. Even more rare are the number of agents who become a top producer their first year in business and ‘Rookie of the Year’ for the largest real estate company in their town while maneuvering interest rates peaking at 19¾%. Back then it was almost unheard of to consistently generate $500K, $700K and $800K+ in sales monthly which few agents can claim even with today’s escalating market values. But Kim did it! Of course, that wasn’t enough of an accomplishment so she went on to open her first real estate company two years after getting licensed.

She is a certified instructor, author of new construction courses and creator of several strategic, proprietary marketing tools and techniques that competitively allow her agents to win more listings and sales. As a result, her agents sell 97% more than the average agent in her area, her company continually receives highly-prized relocation referrals from around the country and her firm was voted one of the three best real estate companies in Rochester, New York in 2018.
2022, promises to be the year Kim shares her down-to-earth but extremely informative, inspiring and entertaining approach to succeeding in real estate with both local and national audiences. What makes her so appealing? As Kim says, “I don’t teach from textbook. I teach from real life experience!” She doesn’t present anything that she hasn’t lived and experienced success... all of it self-taught.
